Stayed at this place many times, The owners Danny and Hazel are very accommodating to your needs. Rooms are clean with a small refrigerator and coffee maker and a hair dryer. The pool is exceptionally clean and it is convenient to everything..The New England house is right across the street which has great food anywhere from burgers to fish , Italian dishes plus a fun sports bar with outdoor seating. Try this motel u won’t regret it.Right on Rt ,1 , 1/2 mile after Ogunquit center.
Very nice, quiet, and staff was very kind and respectful during our stay. The only reason why l didn't give 5 stars for the room was the bed base was a little noisy. If you are going to be intimate, it's going to be loud. However, for sleeping, very good. Please consider my complaint very minimally an issue. The fridge was nice and our shower water pressure was perfect. I would stay here every time we come and can't wait to return next year.

This motel had all that. We felt very safe, the room was very clean, the bed was truly amazing, it had a microwave, Coffee maker and a mini fridge. The customer service was exceptionally great. We felt very welcome and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again many times over.
I don't worry about the little things like paint chips on doors or dented lamp shades. I look for real concerns and I didn't see any here. Best 2 night sleep ever. Thank you To the staff.
This place was in a great location for easy access to Wells and Ogunquit. Om and Hazel were fabulous host and super accommodating, we haven't had a great customer service experience like we did here! Rooms were cozy and clean. Can't wait to go back!
The rooms are so inviting and clean! The staff which is all family couldn't be nicer. Alot of 40s-up group which is perfect. Everyone having a nice time. The kids that were there were very well behaved. The pool and deck area was always clean and pool is heated. Cant wait to go back! Thank you for another great time!
I guess this was an average motel stay. Room was clean. We don't usually stay in motels. Just wanted somewhere clean to stay and not costly. Bed was fine. I would not stay here again if I am in the area. They hit you with a $5.25 service fee, for what I don't know.
We found this gem based on reviews and were thrilled with how clean and comfortable our room was. Manny and his family went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I will return as soon as I am able. Thank you for the effort you put in to make your guests welcome.
